I think this agreement is very important not only to the state's community college system but the university system. It allows more ease of access for students that will help nontraditional and traditional students graduate more quickly. This will be beneficial to the state's workforce and citizens.

With college as a daunting task to many students following high school graduation, I think this agreement greatly aids in easing the transition for them. Changing the access for students opens up opportunities that were previously unheard of. Allowing easier access to education may only increase our state's competitiveness and accomplishments.
